Reminder: In Section 4 you saw how important it is to choose the right people to be Principal Trainers, because they need to be highly skilled and committed trainers and inclusion advocates.

Step 3 in Zambia was to identify people who would become Principal Trainers (as well as people who could be Observers).

We used a set of criteria to help us select the right people to be Principal Trainers. You saw these criteria in the quiz after Section 4.1. You can take the quiz again if you have forgotten.

There were various meetings with key government, training institute and NGO partners to help in the process of identifying candidates to become Principal Trainers.
