You may be familiar with inclusive education in your own country, but the inclusive education teacher training approach used in Zambia may be a bit different. Understanding the inclusive education concepts that underpin the approach will help you explain to your own partners and stakeholders how the approach could be useful in your country.

  • find out what some learners think inclusive education is;
  • reflect on barriers to inclusion, and ways to overcome them.
