In Zambia, we usually ran three cycles of training each year.
In each cycle, the Principal Trainers attended a workshop to learn about and co-develop one or two modules. They then used the modules to facilitate in-service training and action research in the schools. The Principal Trainers then attended another workshop a few months later to share their training experiences, revise the modules and learn about/co-develop the next one or two modules.
Think about your own context and whether a similar yearly structure would be possible. Answer the questions below. (You may want to write your answers on paper first, before inserting them here, so that you have a copy easily to hand for future reference.)
