Film: ‘Improving the learning environment’

This film is number 5 in a set of 10 short films called ‘An Inclusive Day’, made by EENET. In this film you will see and hear about barriers to inclusion and ideas that can be used to overcome these barriers. Schools in in Burma, Burkina Faso and Ukraine are featured.

Your task:

  • Then think about:
    1. Which barriers might prevent learners from attending school?
    2. Which barriers might prevent learners from participating in learning?
    3. Which barriers might prevent learners from achieving to their potential? Remember that achievement is not just about academic progress, but also about developing social, emotional and physical skills.
