Welcome to ‘Versatile Videos! Using EENET’s Inclusive Beginnings videos in training’.
This short online course will help you feel more confident with using videos in your training. It is not designed to teach you about inclusive early childhood development and education (ECDE) in any depth, but it will give you some ideas for how to use videos in your inclusive education training.
You will access reading materials, interactive learning activities, photo and film content that explain and illustrate the use of videos in training.
[You are encouraged to join the session WhatsApp group / online forum to chat with others about issues raised in the session.]
As your first step, please watch EENET’s two videos from the ‘Inclusive Beginnings’ package in full. This will help you to get the most out of the online course.
Below is a brief description of each section in this course:
- Introduction – explains the value of using videos in training, introduces the Inclusive Beginnings video set, and highlights the learning objectives for this short online course.
- Collaboration for inclusive ECDE – encourages you to think about how you can use video and work with colleagues to make ECDE inclusive.
- Supporting inclusive transitions – suggests ways of using video to think through how to make transitions within and between education settings more inclusive
